Turkish Game Day

In an effort to immerse Erasmus students in Turkish culture, we organized a fun-filled outing centered around two beloved traditional games: Okey and backgammon. Gathering at a local café, we provided a crash course in the rules and strategies of both games, ensuring everyone felt comfortable jumping into the action. Laughter and friendly competition filled the air as the students eagerly embraced these new experiences, forging bonds and memories that would last a lifetime. With each roll of the dice and strategic move, cultural barriers melted away, showcasing the universal language of play. As the evening drew to a close, we left with a deeper appreciation for the power of games to bridge divides and bring people together, regardless of background or nationality.
